I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few meters from the train station and within easy walking distance to the city center, the Guggenheim Museum, and the Bilbao Museum of Fine Arts. The staff was incredibly helpful, giving me a map and pointing me towards the best restaurants and sights in the area. They even stored my luggage for me before check-in and after check-out. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful spa and fitness center, a small but clean rooftop pool, and a vibrant lobby area. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a superb selection of delicious food, setting me up for a great day of exploring this city.

The hotel's location is perfect, close to the airport bus station and within minutes of the city center and Guggenheim Museum. The room is modern and adequate, with a friendly and English-speaking staff. Parking is easy and the decor is new and nice. The rooftop pool and spa are enjoyable, and the staff, particularly Luis and Tamara at reception, provide exceptional service.

Pros of our stay: Exceptional reception staff, ultra-modern decor, superb upgrade, comfortable bed and linen, new and comfortable bathroom and bidet, complementary water and coffee.

This hotel is in a central location, close to many good restaurants and local attractions. You can easily walk to the sights and there is a bus stop nearby. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, with a big bed and a balcony. The ensuite bathroom is spacious, with a rainfall shower and a decent hair dryer. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options.

The sliding wardrobe door was a bit temperamental and required some force to slide it.

A warm welcome was given on our arrival, and we were served a cup of tea which was much appreciated. We were able to reserve a safe parking space for our two classic cars in an underground car park near to our hotel which was a huge relief. the location was perfect, only a short stroll from the main tourist attractions. the breakfast was fantastic too, there was plenty of choice and we were well catered for.

The cost of parking was very high at €20 per night which was unexpected. Although there was a spa on site, it was an additional charge which we feel should have been included in the price.
