I booked this hotel for the amazing view and it did not disappoint! The room was cozy, spacious, and had a spectacular view of the Alcazar and the Cathedral. The 'colonial' style of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing, with exposed beams and colorful wall tiling. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and the location was ideal, away from the bustle but still close to the city and nature. The beds were comfortable and the waiter was lovely and helpful.

The hotel offered complimentary chocolates and a glass of wine upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. the views from the balcony were simply breathtaking, especially during the sunset.

Our room was not soundproof and we could hear every single noise from the surrounding rooms. It made it quite challenging to get a good night's sleep, especially during Easter when there were lots of people staying at the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this superb hotel. the receptionist was attentive to our needs and quickly resolved a room issue. the hotel's location is premium, with secure and free parking, and a short ten-minute stroll to the city center. the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. the highlight was our romantic anniversary dinner on the terrace, with a breathtaking backdrop of the city view. the hotel offers excellent service, value for money, and a beautiful pool and terrace bar in the landscaped gardens.
