The hotel is conveniently located near Sishane metro station, making it easy to navigate the city. It is also near the bridge, providing a picturesque view. We were thrilled to be in the very center of town, with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The service was top-notch, with the hotel staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the stunning view from the rooftop restaurant.

There was a slight issue with the communication as some staff members had difficulty understanding English.

My stay at Palazzo Donizetti Hotel was overall pleasant. The location was fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. The flexibility of check-in and check-out arrangements, thanks to the helpful guest relations staff, made our stay more comfortable. The old world decor added a charming touch to the hotel's ambiance.

the location couldn't be better, with easy access to public services and being centrally located to all the sights. the hotel itself had a charming vintage feel, transporting me back in time while still maintaining top-quality amenities. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I actually made a note of the brand and model so I could get one for my own home. the staff were extremely helpful and positive, making my stay even more enjoyable. the highlight was definitely the top floor breakfast area and Duble Meze bar, which offered breathtaking views.

We had an amazing stay at a classy hotel located in the lively heart of the city. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the bustling istiklal caddessi avenue and surrounded by small supermarkets, shops, and countless restaurants. the hotel itself offered spacious rooms with excellent room service. We also had access to amenities such as a hammam and swimming pool. But what really made our stay memorable was the kindness and helpfulness of Mr Ugur, the reception responsible. He went above and beyond to assist us, both before our arrival and during our stay, providing recommendations for places to visit and delicious Turkish food to try. Beautifully renovated with marble lobby and La Belle Epoque style. Large new rooms with splendid wifi. Wonderful rooftop restaurant with a marvelous view. Located in a cool area with shops, restaurants, and bars. Fair price, highly recommended.

The complimentary breakfast and the daily housekeeping service were good. the hotel's location was convenient with several shops and restaurants nearby. I also appreciated the accessibility of public transportation.

The hotel staff was not friendly nor helpful. They seemed to be annoyed with any request made and were not accommodating at all.

I stayed at a hotel during Christmas and there were a couple of things that I really liked. First of all, the hotel had a beautiful rooftop restaurant with a great view. It was a perfect place to enjoy a delicious breakfast while taking in the scenery. the hotel was located in a key location, just a few steps away from the bustling main street. This made it really convenient to explore the neighborhood and have easy access to restaurants and nightlife. Lastly, one advantage that I enjoyed was the spacious and comfortable bathroom. It had a rainfall shower and big mirrors, which made getting ready for the day a breeze.

There were a few things that I didn't like about my stay. the staff seemed quite disinterested and not very helpful.
