Being situated on the main promenade, it was so convenient to explore the area and not far from anywhere. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious balcony offering stunning views of the beach and seafront. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Overpriced drinks at the bar.

I couldn't believe my luck when I arrived at Cimbel. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach and close to lively bars and the more tranquil Old Town. The sea view room I booked was stunning, with a big balcony that got sun all day. The modern bathroom and chic room design added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady in the front of house restaurant who always had a smile for everyone. The buffet selection for meals was great, and I appreciated the option to have freshly cooked meats and fish. The show cooking area was a nice touch, and I loved having churros for breakfast. Despite some minor drawbacks like a busy breakfast area and limited bar snack options, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and a pristine pool area. The hotel facilities were excellent, including plenty of sun beds by the pool. The location couldn't have been better, right on the promenade overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It was also close enough to walk to other areas and Levante beach, and there were numerous bars and shops nearby. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better - it's right next to the beach and close to the bus stop from the airport. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are spotlessly clean. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the service is great. The breakfast is delicious and there's a nice view from the balcony.

The evening entertainment is not up to par.

Great central location. Excellent breakfast with plenty of gluten-free options. Spacious family room, lots of sun beds, and very clean. Shampoo and shower gel provided. Lots of wardrobe space. The automatic pancake machine is a fun touch.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a beachfront hotel near Rock Bars. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and close to the more tranquil Old Town of Benidorm. The room I stayed in was a sea view room on a high floor, with a chic and modern bathroom. The service at the hotel was friendly and attentive, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast had a great variety, and the show cooking area offered freshly cooked meals. The view from the balcony was incredible, with lovely sunsets to enjoy. The hotel also had a beautiful swimming pool area with a pool bar and comfy seating. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

That there were no vegan options for dinner, which could be improved.

The hotel is in an excellent location right on the seafront, with easy access to the beaches and old town. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The buffet style dinner and breakfast provided at the restaurant offer a good variety of options. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms offer a touch of luxury. The hotel also has a medium-sized pool and a snack bar with an outside sitting area overlooking the beach.

Good views from the room and the swimming pool was nice, clean and heated. the hotel was in a key location, between the old and new town, making it easy to walk around and explore. the staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our short stay.

The lifts were slow and we had to wait awhile to use them. the evening buffet was not good, we didn't enjoy the food or drink.

Excellent location, brilliant view, great room, adequate breakfast, no pressure to finish quickly, beautifully situated on the beach.

It made our vacation even more enjoyable. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The service we received from the reception, bar, and restaurant staff was top-notch. We were impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. The room was clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds and pillows. We had a great night's sleep every night.

Although the hotel had many amenities and provided exceptional service, we have to say that the pool was quite small considering the number of guests. Additionally, the breakfast could have been better for a supposed four-star hotel.
