Comfortable and clean rooms with a good selection of toiletries. Option to choose yukata is a nice touch. The outdoor onsen is awesome and there's even spring water in every room's bath tub. Friendly staff and shuttle bus service to the train station.

As friends going out at nights, we recently stayed at a hotel in a vibrant location with many eateries nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, offering a selection of toiletries and the option to wear yukata. The hotel also provided a delicious buffet breakfast and a lovely onsen experience. However, it would have been nice to have a cafe or two inside the hotel for lighter meals and refreshments.

I had a very memorable stay at this ryokan in Ito. The ryokan was recently refurbished, so everything felt new and modern. The onsen, both indoor and outdoor, was fantastic. Plus, having a 24-hour supermarket and a convenience store nearby was super convenient. The staff was friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. The complimentary shuttle service to and from Ito station made getting around easy. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this ryokan.

While the breakfast was Japanese traditional, which some may enjoy, I would have liked to have had a choice.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, with a supermarket to the right and a convenient store to the left of the hotel. We loved the spacious and modern rooms, which were refurbished recently. The onsen experience was truly remarkable, with both indoor and outdoor pools available. The hotel staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate in English, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station was a convenient perk. we had a comfortable and memorable stay here.

We highly recommend this hotel to our friends!

The hotel's outdoor onsen is definitely the best aspect of our Easter trip. We enjoyed the warm and hot pools, as well as the open-air onsen. the spacious room with twin beds was also a plus, and the hotel's proximity to a shopping center was convenient for us.

Our experience was not all positive. the staffs did not speak English well, making communication a bit of a challenge.
