There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is located just a short cab ride away from La Rambla, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi connection. The Front Office and Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa offered amazing service, with fantastic massages and a wonderful aquatonic pool. The gym, located on the first floor of the spa, was a great facility to have.

The Room Service order taker seemed rushed and hurried. Additionally, there was no signage indicating where the gym was located within the spa, which caused a bit of confusion.

Very friendly staff, large rooms with comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, bathroom with shower and bathtub, nespresso machine and boiler in room, easy to operate climate control.

Excellent service and attention to detail. The manager went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, even going so far as to make my child happy with special favors. The reception staff was also kind and helpful. The rooftop bar is a must-visit, offering stunning views of the city.

The hotel is conveniently located near the magic fountains, with easy access to all the main areas within a 20-minute walk. It also offers a great location for those embarking on a cruise, with the terminal just a short distance away. Furthermore, it's in close proximity to Barcelona's top attractions, allowing guests to easily explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious bathrooms and amenities. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and the breakfast options are delicious. The hotel also offers a rooftop pool with stunning city views.

Some guests mentioned that the cleaning staff could have been friendlier, but this did not impact their overall positive experience at the hotel.

Sensational Luxurious hotel - amazing atmosphere with top notch facilities you need. Great warm pool on roof - very helpful and friendly staff - far from noise but near public transport to reach touristic places - 10 mins walk to bus/train but best fares taxies and ubers at the door. Everything was amazing. From the arrival to departure. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was there for my girlfriend's birthday and they made our trip unforgettable. Upgrade in the room, surprise cake for her birthday with personal notes, etc.The room is perfect and the service is too. I really want to stretch the professionalism of the staff and their kindness. Prior to arrival I had exchanges with the reservation team and they supported me with offers and suggestions which was amazing. We will surely come back to this place as it was probably our best experience in hotels. Thank you very much for everything !!

Everything is what i need and want 😊

The beds at Intercontinental were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the smart TV was a great addition. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the entire hotel had a luxurious feel. The rooftop terrace with the pool was sensational, and the lobby bar was beautifully designed. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the metro stations.

Despite these minor issues, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had nice big rooms with a beautiful rooftop view and pool. The central location was fantastic for shopping, nightlife, and I felt safe and secure there. The food was very good, and most of the staff, especially the reception, were friendly and helpful. The cleaning teams were also considerate and accommodating.

The room service was pretty awful, with irritable and customer-focused staff. Additionally, there were a few minor issues such as a wardrobe door that wouldn't close and a light that wouldn't turn off.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a large bed, nice bedding, and a seating area. The spacious bathroom had both a bath and shower. The staff at reception provided us with wonderful service, and the terrace area was a nice addition. We also had access to the lovely spa and thermal circuit, where the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's location was relatively well located, making it easy to navigate to transport hubs or walk to nearby attractions.

Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience due to its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, and Sauna were a perfect way to unwind and relax. Also, the Rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a stunning view of the city skyline, and Sun loungers were positioned around the pool for sunbathing. The room advantages were first-rate, with incredible attention to detail, and the private facilities were always pristine. The Buffet breakfast was satisfying and of great quality, we also enjoyed packed lunches and the bar/lounge area was a comfortable place to hang out and chat with friends. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided wonderful value.

Our experience was flawless, the only minor issue we encountered was the delay in check-in and reception that could be crowded at times. But, the staff was gracious, and we were offered welcome drinks and snacks, making up for any delay.

Great location, close to touri-bus and art museum. Property and service were perfect, exceeded expectations. Amazing staff, especially in front office department. Facilities and employees were commendable. Fira location allowed easy exploration of nearby attractions.

The Database Room at Intercontinental Barcelona was wonderful, with new and easy-to-use facilities. The room had an iron and was silent, perfect for a peaceful sleep. The staff were very helpful and the price was reasonable for a high standard hotel. The location was great, with easy access to tourist landmarks and the rest of the city.

Convenient location near tourist bus, Catalan art museum, and a 30-minute walk to Las Ramblas. Large TVs with Eurosport channel for ski racing. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Clean rooms with Byredo products and Nespresso coffee machines. Close to train station, malls, and the beach, and within walking distance of other attractions. Amazing staff and lots of options for breakfast. Friendly and fun staff at rooftop restaurant with perfect food.
