The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport from early morning, which was a great convenience for me as a disabled traveler. The staff was accommodating and ordered a special car for us when we needed to leave earlier than the shuttle schedule. They also allowed us to use the dining room to have breakfast early since the kitchen staff hadn't arrived yet. The bathrooms were spacious and clean, a much-needed respite during my stay. The location offered a beautiful view of the city and the famous Duomo. Additionally, there was a good pizzeria just a short walk away.

We had a great experience at the hotel. We arrived at 3:00am after a late flight and were able to check in without any issues. Although the shuttle service wasn't available at that hour, we easily took a taxi from the airport, which cost us around 20 euros. the staff was friendly and the hotel was conveniently located, less than 10 minutes away from the airport. the room was clean and decent, with a comfortable bed. We appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and the fact that we could park right outside our room. the free WiFi was a nice bonus. Breakfast was good, although we would have liked to see some eggs on the menu.
