We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, parks, and museums. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful lobby and restaurant interior. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and provided good service. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One major downside was the noise from the street. This made it difficult for my husband and I to get a good night's sleep.

Excellent location in central Madrid, beautiful and quiet rooms, great breakfast with a variety of fruit, professional and helpful staff. High floor rooms have a better view than shown in photos, and a warm welcoming cookie is a nice touch. The bathroom is spacious and the hotel has a well-equipped fitness room.
