The hotel could greatly enhance its services with more consistent room cleaning. I found the noise levels disruptive, especially facing the street!!! It's quite confusing to access the hotel through the alley entrance as well!!!

Request a room on a higher floor to reduce street noise during weekends. the first floor can get quite loud.

Unfortunately, room cleaning was inconsistent. areas like the bathroom drain weren't addressed promptly, making the experience a touch uncomfortable.

The King suite provided ample space for my family of three, allowing us to relax comfortably. The full kitchen features, including a fridge and sofa bed, were perfect for our needs. Breakfast options were good with various choices. This was a convenient spot for our campus visit, making everything easy to access.

The hotel's location is a huge plus, right near the University of Illinois campus, making it perfect for college visits. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It’s equipped with a full kitchen, and the breakfast was decent, but room cleanliness could be improved. Would definitely return!

I gotta say, the location is spot on,, just steps away from everything I needed. Tianna at the front desk was like a miracle worker, helping me with check-in and even pointing out where to grab a solid dinner.
