The hotel facilities were perfect for us. We enjoyed the cozy rooms, the availability of halal food, and the wide variety of options at the buffet. The staff were helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us in finding our way around and even providing transportation to the train station.

We felt like part of the family during our stay and had no complaints at all.

The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the main attractions on the river front and attending a concert at the nearby stadium. Although it was far away from the mall and shopping complex, there were options for transportation nearby. The room had a great view of the highway and the rooftop swimming pool was a highlight. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing for a late checkout and providing a well-done baby cot.

The buffet breakfast spread could have been improved in terms of taste and variety.

I recently stayed at Al Meroz Hotel for a week-long vacation. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and a short walk from the train stop. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food at the buffet dinner was delicious and definitely worth the price. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were replenished daily. The highlight of our stay was the swimming pool on the 16th floor, which our kids loved. Highly recommended for families!

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfilled all my exclusive needs. Their staff provided exceptional service and the outdoor swimming pool was accompanied by sun loungers and beach umbrellas; the perfect relaxation spot. the restaurant offers an exquisite selection of Halal food, including special diet menus, and dinner was a delightful experience. the hotel's private facilities were exclusive and impressive.

The only minor issue I experienced was the low water pressure in the shower. this was quickly resolved by the helpful and professional staff.
