The location of the hotel is great, very close to Playa del Ingles, giving easy access to the beach and other attractions in the area. The animation team at the hotel, especially Ambrose, was fantastic - friendly, funny, and able to connect with people from all countries. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was newly refurbished. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the breakfast had a good variety of options.

The sunbed rule and the bar rule were a bit silly, which could be improved.

I recently stayed at a well-organized hotel in Gran Canaria called Dunas. The all-inclusive services were of great quality, and I didn't need to leave the hotel for meals as there was plenty of variety. The pool and entertainment were enjoyable, although not particularly unique compared to other hotels in the area.

During my recent stay at Dunas in Maspalomas, I had an amazing experience. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even surprised us with a birthday cake and complimentary champagne for my mother and aunt's special day. The animation team was absolutely fantastic, providing entertaining activities every day and creating a lively atmosphere. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with fluffy beds and pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The all-inclusive package allowed us to enjoy delicious meals and snacks throughout the day, and the convenient free rides to the beach were a great added bonus. Dunas provided a 4-star experience in a 3-star hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near two supermarkets, making it easy to stock up on essentials for your stay. It is also situated away from the busy beach area of Maspalomas, providing a quieter atmosphere. A short taxi ride, costing no more than 5 euros, will take you to the beach for a day of sun and sand.

Some guests have mentioned that the entertainment provided at the hotel was basic.

I recently stayed at a hotel close to Maspalomas for a bike vacation. The hotel provided great value with clean accommodation, good quality beds, and three meals a day. As a vegan, I was pleasantly surprised by the buffet options that allowed me to enjoy plenty of delicious food. The staff was helpful and there were activities for kids. The pools were clean and the atmosphere was perfect for a holiday. The location was not right on the beach but with the option of a short walk or the free bus, it was not a problem. I had a lovely stay and would recommend it.
