The hotel is situated in an exclusive and secluded area, offering peace and quiet compared to the bustling city. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, serving a variety of options to satisfy all tastes. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. The hotel offers a great range of facilities, including a restaurant and bar with live entertainment.

The hotel's location was inconveniently far from some of the city's top attractions.

The rooftop bar at El Palace was a fantastic experience, with stunning panoramic views of the city and the Sagrada Familia. Sipping wine while watching the sunset was unforgettable. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the prime location and vibrant ambience of this hotel. It reminded me of a cool area in New York with a touch of Madrid charm. The staff was superb, making dinner reservations and even finding us a fantastic guide. The neo classic style of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail was outstanding. The service was incredible, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The hotel also offered a full buffet at the bar from 2pm till 11 pm, which was a nice addition.

We had a lovely Xmas stay in a hotel located in a bustling central area. the staff were fantastic, offering us complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival. the rooftop terrace was a highlight, with stunning views and a cozy atmosphere complete with heaters.

Unfortunately the cost of drinks at the rooftop terrace was quite high compared to other areas of the hotel. our room was a bit noisy, but luckily we were able to switch rooms.

Every detail in the rooms was carefully considered, with elegant furnishings and exclusive amenities.

One minor drawback was the small size of the swimming pool, which may be a bit tight during peak hours. the other amenities more than made up for it.
