Clean, modern, and well-maintained complex. Polite and attentive staff. Three swimming pools and plenty of lifts. Nice food with a variety of options. Convenient central location.

I had a lovely Christmas family holiday at this hotel. The pool area was perfect, with lots of space for the kids to play and great pool entertainment. The staff were very friendly and always available to answer questions. The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the beach and to many shops and restaurants. The buffet food offered a delicious variety of dishes, and my family enjoyed the dessert selection the most.

The beds were not very comfortable, and some of the pillows were too old. , the Wi-Fi signal was weak in our room, which made it difficult to stay connected to friends and family back home.

The hotel is located on a very noisy roundabout, making it quite difficult to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, the bar near the hotel had very loud entertainment, which could be heard throughout the day and evening. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel rooms were nice, with comfortable beds and an excellent cleaning service. The breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The pool area could get quite noisy, especially if there were many families with children staying at the same time.

The pools were fantastic, and there were plenty of sun loungers available. The entertainment team was energetic and fun, and we enjoyed their daily performances. I had a perfect stay at a classy hotel in Playa del Ingles! The large balcony provided stunning views and the pool area had plenty of space and sunbeds. Plus, there was a friendly hotel cat that added to the nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel!

The bungalows were spacious and clean, with great air conditioning in the bedrooms. The pools were fantastic, always clean and plenty of sunbeds available. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen facilities in the bungalows had everything we needed for making lunches. The hotel had beautiful garden areas, perfect for playing football. The pool towels provided in the rooms were a bonus.

The entertainment was mainly aimed at a specific culture, and could use more variety for all guests. The location of the hotel was not the best, with a busy and loud road nearby.

The Sol Barbacan hotel exceeded all expectations. Impeccable cleanliness, perfect location with sun all day, amazing swimming pools , and plenty of sunbeds. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill our requests, including a late checkout for a reasonable fee. The children's club entertainer Luca made our grandson's holiday unforgettable. a fantastic stay.

sol barbacan in playa del ingles, gran canaria exceeded our expectations once again. bungalows were spacious with great facilities, including two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. the beautiful gardens, pools, and comfortable sunbeds made for a relaxing stay. the friendly staff, excellent location, and added touches like welcome sweets and daily pool towel changes made our time here special.
