What a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, staff were friendly, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. The cocktails were superb and the hotel always smelled amazing in the lobby. Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and vibrant bars and restaurants. The staff at Eme Catedral were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were upgraded to a quieter room when our initial one didn't meet our needs, which was a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh fruit and friendly restaurant staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and amazing staff.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The view from the rooftop bar opposite La Giralda Tower was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was easy to walk to numerous restaurants, bars, and the main shopping area. Transportation options were also readily available, making it convenient for exploring this city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my every need was met. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast served were impressive.

As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the personalized service and attention to detail offered by the staff. The location was perfect as it was close to all the attractions and restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable which made for a relaxing vacation.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, and not as advertised. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were not ideal.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, being right in the centre of the old town. This means you are within walking distance of all the major sights and attractions. It's incredibly convenient and makes exploring the city a breeze. Plus, the hotel staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were a few minor issues with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, particularly the stained grouts and dirty joins in the bathroom. Despite this, the overall experience at the hotel was still enjoyable.

One minor issue was the lack of in-room breakfast, however, the buffet breakfast was a great alternative with a wide variety of options. the luxurious aspects of this hotel, including the pool with a view, sauna, and beauty treatments, made up for any minor inconveniences.
