This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First, the value for money was outstanding - I got such a great deal for the quality of service and amenities provided. Second, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were kept up with and always clean, with spacious and roomy layouts. And speaking of the rooms, I loved that they faced outside windows, allowing for a nice view. Lastly, the breakfast was out of this world. Not only did they comply with my eating restrictions, but they also offered a variety of healthy options which I especially enjoyed.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that stood out as needing improvement.

We got great value for our money with a brand new hotel room that was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right downtown and close to everything. The staff, especially Kurrie, Megan, MaryAnn, and Roxy. Highly recommend!

The staff was exceptional! They remembered my name and the breakfast was delicious, made fresh, with a decent variety. The hotel was clean and close to Benedictine. The bathroom was clean and the seating in the breakfast/lounge areas was spacious and comfy. The added perk of having a Keurig machine in the room was a nice touch.

Our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. The whole facility was nice and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We had a small issue with our room not being cleaned, but when we called the front desk, they immediately sent someone to take care of it. The location was perfect for our needs, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, being close to Benedictine and only a block from the railroad tracks. This allows for easy access to attractions and offers a unique view for railfans. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and spacious seating areas in the breakfast/lounge areas.

The contemporary styling of the hotel's overall look may not be attractive for those who prefer a different style.

Great stay! The staff was super friendly and the room on the 4th floor was comfy with modern furnishings. The breakfast had plenty of choices, especially the healthy options. Loved the good quality coffee and the exercise room with a view.

Check-in was a bit frustrating as we were sent to an occupied room and had to make multiple trips to the front desk. Also, our room was not cleaned even after requesting it, but overall, a nice and clean facility with helpful staff.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel that was conveniently located near many attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The free breakfast was a great way to start my day, with a variety of healthy and delicious options to choose from. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee available throughout the day.

The hotel only had one elevator, which meant there was a bit of a wait during peak times. It would have been nice to have more elevators available to make getting around the hotel easier.
