As a satisfied traveler, my recent stay at this hotel was wonderful. I spent a few nights here and had an amazing experience. The location was fantastic, with a stunning view overlooking the central streets and outdoor restaurants of inner Lisbon. It was walking distance to many attractions, making it convenient for exploration. The bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious, providing a truly relaxing experience. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, which was a great bonus for me. They even went above and beyond by arranging access for my late arrival and offering airport transfers. The beautiful and modern rooms, along with the helpful and friendly staff, made my stay memorable. I also appreciated the location, which was close to sightseeing spots, restaurants, and shops. I had a great time and I will definitely choose this hotel when I return to Lisbon. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

The location was great, central and accessible. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. No noise in the room, with air conditioning and a hair dryer available. The receptionist, Bruno, was warm and welcoming.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, right in the heart of the city center. It was just a short walk from Rossio Square where we could easily catch the metro from the airport. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Best aspects of our stay were the excellent location and the helpful and friendly reception staff. the room was clean and of adequate size, although the storage space could have been better. the hotel's proximity to attractions and pedestrian malls with street acts and eateries was a big plus.

Worst aspects were the lack of hot water on the first morning, the disappointing breakfast, and the strong smell of mold in the bathroom. Additionally, the staff could have been more proactive in providing alternative transportation options to avoid steep inclines.
