I recently stayed at Emperador in Madrid for my sister's hen do and it was the perfect place to celebrate! The staff were incredibly accommodating and even gave us a lovely upgrade. The rooms were impeccable and the central location was ideal. We were blown away by the rooftop pool and VIP terraza, it was truly breathtaking. We will definitely be returning!

Had a great stay at this hotel for 3 nights. Perfect location, with an awesome roof bar and pool. The rooms were large, bright, and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom and ample wardrobe space. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is centrally located, close to shopping streets and main attractions. Despite being on a busy street, the room was quiet thanks to the double glazing. The pool and terrace were a lovely place to relax after sightseeing. a very nice hotel with excellent service.

It was all superb.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to all the major tourist attractions. It's a great spot for exploring and the public transport connections are excellent. The lobby is attractive and the rooms are comfortable and a good size. The rooftop pool and garden is a real highlight of the hotel.

The service can be inconsistent at times, and some guests have mentioned issues with staff attitudes.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond when my husband lost his passport. The location was convenient for exploring downtown and there were plenty of shops and attractions within walking distance. The hotel was impeccably clean and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the awesome swimming pool, where we enjoyed relaxing and cooling off from the summer heat. The bartenders at the pool bar were also very friendly and provided great service. We were truly impressed with our experience at this hotel.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was able to fully enjoy the pool area, which boasted a large and impeccably clean pool. The service provided by the poolside waitstaff was top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and included the delightful addition of Cava. I was grateful for the upgrade we requested, as it allowed us to avoid the standard rooms with their undesirable view of a concrete courtyard or other rooms. Furthermore, the hotel's location and its rooftop terrace with a bar and pool made it incredibly convenient to explore the city without relying on public transportation. The spacious room, complete with a minibar, safe deposit box, and a window that opens, provided a comfortable stay. The accommodating staff and the hotel's old-school elegance were also noteworthy. Lastly, the hotel's lobby lounge provided a perfect spot to unwind and absorb the vibrant atmosphere.

This hotel is perfectly located just above the San Domingo metro station which we used numerous times. It's in the center of Gran Via, great for exploring the city on foot. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and the breakfast included at Jamon 55 is gorgeous.

All was ok, nothing to complain about.

The pool was a great spot to relax and beat the summer heat. the bar manager, Silvia, was absolutely amazing , she went above and beyond to ensure our experience was peaceful and enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and the metro.

The room we booked didn't match our reservation , we had to wait a day to be moved to the correct room. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and not up to par for a four, star hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything we wanted to do and see. The hotel was on a bustling street, but the rooms were so well soundproofed that we didn't hear any noise from outside. The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The room was very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and a great view. The swimming area on the roof was simply amazing, with a stunning view of the city. we could not have asked for a better hotel experience.

The only issue we had during our stay was that the pool and bar were closed on certain days for private events. However, this wouldn't deter us from recommending this hotel to others, as the overall experience was fantastic.
