Lacked ambience

We found a hidden gem nestled in a beautiful valley, just a short stroll away from the stunning beach. Our room was spacious and had a large terrace with breathtaking views. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities, including the swimming pool, were top-notch. We loved exploring the quiet areas and taking walks to the center of town.

The carpets in the hallways could use an update.

The hotel boasts stunning gardens and a convenient location for exploring nearby villages. The breakfast is pre-ordered and served on a beautiful terrace with a variety of options. Guests can enjoy a shuttle service to a private cove, perfect for swimming. The spacious pool area and additional amenities like table tennis and tennis courts provide ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

We recently went on a romantic getaway to a hotel in the mountains of Majorca and we completely loved it. the complementary wine and chocolates in our room upon arrival was a really nice touch. the location was perfect, nestled in the stunning mountains with breathtaking views of both the village and the sea. We also loved that it was only a short walk away from a beautiful beach. the grounds were well-maintained with a beautiful pool that we enjoyed lounging by.

The only thing we didn't like was that the restaurant on-site didn't offer alternative options for a lighter dinner. We had already indulged in some of the delicious local cuisine and were hoping for something a bit lighter, but ended up being stuck with a heavy meal.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy. the swimming pool and sunbathing area were top-notch, and the gardens were absolutely beautiful and well-maintained.

While the food was edible, there were instances where the quality was not up to par, such as having rubbery cod for a main dish. some of the younger staff in the restaurants seemed less customer-focused, which affected the overall dining experience at times.

We had a fantastic time staying in a beautiful village surrounded by mountains. Melissa and Jose at the front desk were incredibly helpful and Samantha at the restaurant provided excellent service. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet and the views from the terrace were stunning. The hotel also had a lovely pool area and it was a short walk to the beach.
