The location of the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the lush mountains and remote enough to create a sense of tranquility. The pool area was a definite highlight, offering stunning views and a much-needed escape from the heat. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the whirlpool and sauna.

The drive up to the hotel was quite challenging, with narrow winding roads that might not be suitable for nervous drivers. , there was only one restaurant on site, which became repetitive after a week, and the prices were quite steep.

This hotel provides an exclusive and luxurious experience. Its spa and wellness centre is exquisite with diverse treatments including body wraps, facials, and massages. The indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are highlights. The outdoor swimming pool is accompanied by comfortable sun loungers. The sun terrace and garden area offer magnificent views of the serene landscape. The restaurant's special diet menus catered to all my needs. Room advantages included private facilities, exquisite decor, and a picturesque view.

Although the hotel is in an isolated, idyllic area, it requires transport to access key points. One minor issue was the scarcity of towels by the outdoor swimming pool, which was inconvenient.

Our stay at Ratxo Prime Retreat was absolutely fantastic! The value for our money was great, and the room was spotless and comfortable. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by mountains, forests, and wildlife, providing a serene escape from our busy lives. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive to our needs, making us feel right at home.

The morning meal could have been better with more Spanish options on the menu.
