We had a wonderful experience at Tru By Hilton in Mobile. The hotel had a cheerful and playful atmosphere with bright colors and funny one-liners on the entry door. The environmentally conscious practices, such as reducing disposables and decluttering, were impressive. The design was lively and happy, a refreshing change from traditional hotels. The manager and front desk staff were amazing, with fantastic personalities and helpful attitudes.

The room we were initially given was not clean and had a strong odor. the pancake machine didn't work well, which was inconvenient for families with children.
