Beaches in Ayr offered great value for our money. The room was fabulous, with multiple skylight windows that kept it cool even on warm days. The personal touches like homemade shortbread and a lovely garden added to the charm. Jan, the hostess, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our own Jacuzzi bath and the hotel's convenient location near the beach amenities. Well done, Jan! We'll definitely be back.

The B&B had a great location, with a beautiful garden and easy access to the beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with amazing views of the sea and headland. The owner and her daughter were friendly and helpful, providing a delicious breakfast with homemade shortbread as a lovely touch. The accommodation provided additional facilities and advantages, such as a central location, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Beaches in Ayr. The room I stayed in had breathtaking views of the beach, with seven large windows allowing me to take in the beauty of the surroundings. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the stylish furniture added a touch of elegance to the room. The attention to detail was outstanding, with fresh water in the fridge, homemade shortbread, and a variety of teas, coffee, and fudge provided. The owner, Jan, made me feel like a regular guest and took care of every detail to ensure a special stay. The breakfast was simply fabulous, with a wide range of options available and everything cooked to perfection. The location was also convenient, within walking distance to the town and seafront. I can't recommend Beaches enough. It truly exceeded all my expectations and I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Scotland.

Can't fault anything about it.

The patio/garden area was so cozy and we enjoyed chatting with other guests while our son played on his tablet. the breakfast was amazing with a wide range of options including a full Scottish breakfast and delicious waffles. the staff was friendly, treating us and our son so well that he didn't want to leave. It was a busy but relaxing stay.

There really isn't anything negative to say. We would have loved to stay for another day if we didn't have to get back home.

We had the pleasure of staying at Beaches recently and it was truly exceptional. The studio flat was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast included was absolutely delicious with a wide variety to choose from. We also loved the beautiful small garden with its stunning flowers. The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the beach and the town. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend Beaches for a memorable and wonderful experience.
