I also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel director, Senor Casares, who personally asked guests about their experience during breakfast and even checked in at the Beach Bar for feedback. the service at the hotel was excellent.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and the coffee was quite nice. the location of the hotel was good, as we were able to walk to various nearby restaurants and bars. the room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed.

The room was not as clean as we expected. There were stains on the carpet and dust on the shelves.

My stay at Europe Villa Cortes GL was utterly superb! The hotel ambiance was excellent, with beautiful artwork and decor that truly inspired me. The breakfasts, cooked by talented chefs, were five-star gorgeous. I highly recommend trying the eggs benedict or omelettes - they were superb! The location of the hotel, right on the beach with free sunbeds, was of high value. The staff were wonderful and had a great sense of pride in their workplace. I felt like I was in a magical oasis. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and bars in the area. Another aspect I liked was the pool area, it was well-maintained and provided a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable, with frequent disconnections and slow speeds. the shower in my room had issues with fluctuating water temperature, which was quite inconvenient.

We were given a very dark room with a small balcony facing the street. the air conditioning didn't work properly, and we had to pay for wifi everywhere except for the lobby.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money with a spacious and comfy room. The location was excellent and the staff treated us really well.
