The location was fantastic, just steps away from the metro station. The hotel had a charming and quirky vibe, with beautiful art throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, both at reception and in the restaurant. Our family room was spacious and clean, more like a mini apartment. The bedding and bathroom were spotless, and the view was great. it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The price was very reasonable for everything we got. Plus, the location was perfect with easy access to transportation right outside the hotel. The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of creamer options. It would have been nice to have more than just two sachets available each day.

During our Xmas stay, we received two complementary gifts on our arrival. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station and all major attractions. the room had a great view of the surrounding city.

The staff at the hotel seemed unwelcoming and uninterested. There was also no car park available, and the area where we had to park on the street did not feel very safe.
