We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was extremely clean, and the staff was friendly. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved the big couch in the room. The hotel is conveniently located near the Crabtree Valley Mall, which offers a variety of restaurant choices. The hotel facilities were great, and we had no issues with parking or transportation. we had a great experience.

The location was great, close to restaurants, the mall, and my daughter's place. The bathroom had great lighting and a nice mirror. The bed and sofa were comfortable, and there was a fridge and a closet in the room. The outdoor sitting area was a nice touch, and I loved that the TV had Netflix.

Felt like a VIP, no complaints whatsoever.

On our week-long trip, we stayed at Courtyard for a night. It was a refreshing change after the uncomfortable bed and noisy guests at our previous hotel. The room was cozy and provided us with a peaceful night's sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay memorable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the clean and comfortable rooms, especially the spaciousness and the super comfy bed. The pillows were a highlight too! The staff was friendly and accommodating. As bike riders, we appreciated the bike-friendly facilities.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel near Crabtree Valley and it was one of the best experiences we've had. the staff was delightful, offering us chocolates and complimentary breakfast. the location was ideal, with a shopping mall just a stone's throw away. we had a great time at the indoor pool, which was very well-maintained.

The only thing we would have liked is a larger fitness center, although it was still enough for our daily workouts. we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable place to stay.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Bistro during our stay at Courtyard Raleigh Crabtree Valley. TaShae Barber, the F&B lead, was incredible. She was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our order was perfect. When we had allergy concerns about a specific food item, Whitney, the cook, came out and personally walked us through the preparation process to alleviate our worries. Nautical, our waitress, was prompt and efficient in serving us. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff's attention to detail made it shine even more.

Despite this, we did have a minor issue when we requested an extra blanket in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone did not have access to the housekeeping closet and couldn't bring one.

This hotel was a great find! The staff was ultra friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, walking distance to Crabtree Mall, which made my business trip so convenient. The attention to detail was evident, from the spacious rooms to the amazing shower. I couldn't have asked for more!
