The friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the room, the quality of the breakfast. The staff were especially helpful and seemed genuinely caring. The breakfast was served promptly which was important for us as we had an early departure. The hotel was modern and clean and the rooms were great, spacious and comfy. The space and the quality of the furnishings, towels and bedding. Access to the park is fast, so in 20 minutes you can reach the cathedral on foot through the park without traffic and pollution issues.
