I had an absolutely luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities made me feel like I was truly indulging myself. the room was modernized to a very high standard and the quality feel of the room made me feel like I was sleeping in absolute comfort. the location was prime and I was able to enjoy the beautiful view from the roof top bar and terrace, which was definitely a highlight of my trip.

My only minor concern was the lack of a complimentary water bottle in the room. this issue was immediately resolved when I reached out to the helpful and welcoming staff at the hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, offering me a luxurious vacation. The breakfast was delicious and with a wide range of options for my continental breakfast. The excellent location of the hotel allowed me to explore the city with just a few minutes' walk to the beach, shops, and countless restaurants. Plus, I was so excited to enjoy the wonderful rooftop bar with a view of the city's hill and fortress.

The hotel could improve with some extra amenities in the room. Despite being a five-star hotel, the room lacked slippers, and there was no information available about the hotel rules. Additionally, the hotel could also use some improvement with their staff service as they could have helped me with my luggage during my arrival.

We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant, where the food was fresh and tasty, and the service was fast, friendly, and professional. The rooftop bar had a fantastic view and added to the overall experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel. a great stay at Eurostars!
