I recently stayed at Eurostars for my business trip to Seville. The hotel is located in a charming area with fantastic eateries and stunning views from our room on the 29th floor. The spa was beautiful, and the massage was excellent and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location and breathtaking views.

This hotel has a great value for money with basic amenities and staff who provide wonderful service. The rooms are furnished with comfy beds and fantastic views of the city, as well as lovely bathrooms. The breakfast has a wide range of options to please all tastes on the rooftop with a stunning view.

The hotel is conveniently located just next to a busy train station, making it easy to access transportation. The rooms are surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. there is a shopping precinct nearby with a supermarket, providing convenience for guests.

The communication with the hotel could be improved.

The view from the high floor was truly breathtaking, offering panoramic vistas of the city. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to the commercial area. One of the best aspects was the spa, where the staff provided excellent service and made my stay truly relaxing.

Communication was also a challenge as most of the staff did not speak proper English. These aspects definitely impacted my overall experience during my business trip.

We loved the location, as it was right next to a new shopping center with many shops and restaurants. It was also a short distance to the main sightseeing spots in this city. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is situated close to a shopping complex with various options for food and shopping, including a supermarket. The rooms are spacious with separate bathroom and shower facilities. The hotel staff is prompt in addressing guests' concerns.

Some guests reported noise from the surrounding areas despite the hotel's location away from the city center.

Staying at this venue felt like living in a luxurious skyscraper. Our spacious room, with its large windows overlooking the city, was beautifully decorated with top-notch exclusive amenities. the spa centre really exceeded our expectations, offering various types of massages along with an Aqua park and jacuzzi. the entertainment programme was diverse, we enjoyed the live performances at the bar and lounge area. the buffet breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the in-room breakfast was just perfect, with the option of a flavoursome snack bar in between meals.

We only had a small issue upon entering the parking area. the card seemed to malfunction, but the service was prompt enough to fix it quickly.

High-rise hotel with great views, excellent breakfast options, and secure underground parking. Rooms are quirky and have the "wow factor," with unique features like a pillar in the middle and double sinks in the bathroom. The rooftop bar offers amazing views and friendly staff. Expect a luxurious stay at a fair price for the area.

The communication with the hotel was poor, taking a long time to get a response to my inquiries.

Exceptional service from the moment we arrived. The hotel, located in a new skyscraper, offered breathtaking views of Sevilla. The area of Triana, nearby, was filled with authentic Spanish eateries. I highly recommend Eurostars.

Our room had an amazing view of the city. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. We loved the coffee machine in the room. We had a great time staying at Eurostars and would definitely recommend it to others.

The xmas experience was quite pleasant. the room was modern, clean and the bed was comfy. there were two complementary gifts that made us feel welcome. the hotel's location was superb, with easy access to shopping malls and the city center. we enjoyed the lovely view from the room.

the noise from the jackhammers during the day was disturbing and ruined our relaxation. We were unhappy with the receptionist’s poor customer service during check-out and the malfunctioning IT system caused further delays.
