We woke up to stunning views from our room on the upper floors, and breakfast was a true treat with a variety of delicious options. The staff’s friendliness added a warm touch to our stay.

Despite the spectacular experience, the rooftop bar was closed for renovations, and it was a bummer since we had planned to enjoy that highlight.

During my stay, I encountered several frustrations. the breakfast process was surprisingly convoluted. waiting for a staff member to check lists, make calls, and issue receipts took far too long, especially with a hungry child in tow. Additionally, my room had persistent technical issues. The lights wouldn’t turn off properly, which led to unwelcome disturbances throughout the night, compromising my comfort. It felt disappointing considering the hotel’s reputation, and I expected more seamless accommodations for my stay.

Amazing city views, modern design aesthetics, excellent access to city attractions

Check-in process took an eternity. I waited over 45 minutes!!! Also, the elevator system was confusing and problematic—having to switch just to access my floor is a nuisance!!! Room maintenance needs attention, as lights weren't functioning and had odd mechanical issues!!!

The room was incredibly spacious, boasting lovely modern decor, and I couldn’t get enough of the stunning views from the window. The staff at breakfast were attentive and friendly, which added to the pleasant start to my mornings. Also, the location is perfect, with everything within walking distance.

The rooftop bar offers stunning panoramic views! ! Modern amenities and a well-equipped gym make your stay comfortable.

Lengthy check-in process and elevator issues mar the experience, leading to frustration during your visit.

the staff was super friendly and always ready to help! breakfast was delicious and catered to everyone's needs, even vegans and gluten-free folks. the cocktails at the rooftop bar were amazing too!

The views from the 34th floor were breathtaking, and the room was super spacious and clean. I loved the rain shower!

the location of eurostars is fantastic, just across the bridge from the action area, making it easy to explore the city. i loved the fast and spacious elevators that took us directly to our floor. the views from our deluxe double room were stunning, and the helpful receptionists made check-in a breeze.
