Excellent service and prompt resolution of any issues. We were initially unhappy with our room but the staff quickly moved us to a much better one without any hassle. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff genuinely want guests to have a great experience. The pool area is fantastic and the restaurant offers delicious food. Despite some minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, we had a pleasant stay overall. We would recommend this hotel based on the attentive service and pleasant atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Fairways Club for a week-long getaway. The staff were fantastic, and the pool area was great, with plenty of sunbeds available. Despite some ongoing renovations in parts of the building, the staff were accommodating and allowed us to check out later than usual. The location was quiet, perfect for peaceful walks and the short walk to the nearby harbor was delightful. Additionally, the views of the golf course from our apartment were lovely.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Great location, peaceful and quiet surroundings, close to airport, walking distance to authentic Canarian village with great fish restaurants, short drive to popular tourist areas, kitchen in apartment for self-catering.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fairways Club! The apartment had everything we needed, and the added bonus of air conditioning was much appreciated. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the staff were friendly and supportive. The on-site restaurant, Fusion, served the best Sirloin steak we've ever tasted. The kitchen in our apartment was well-equipped, and the cleaning staff were very attentive, regularly changing our bed sheets and towels. The beds were super comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The pool bar was a great place to relax, and we enjoyed the sea views from our balcony. it was a wonderful vacation spot!

The pool was amazing and the La Isla pool bar served delicious snacks and drinks all day. the staff were friendly and helpful, and our apartment was lovely with a nice roof terrace. the location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. we highly recommend Fairways Club for a relaxing and fun stay.

Close to airport with occasional aircraft noise. High security and a familiar environment for Brits. Free WiFi near the pool. Well-equipped and spacious studio apartments. Helpful staff and accommodating to allergies. a great spot for a relaxing stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, from the reception staff to the domestic services. the entire complex, including the apartment, pool, and surroundings, was impeccably clean. Our apartment was extremely comfortable and well equipped, with a cozy bed and spacious rooms. the pool area was beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers available. the Island Bar served delicious food and cocktails, and the friendly ladies working there made us feel right at home. We also appreciated the convenient location, although public transport was lacking. Special mention to Steve at the car rental for his excellent service and competitive prices. Fairways Club was a great holiday venue for us, especially with a small child.

We got great value for our money with a clean and beautifully decorated two-bedroom apartment. The staff at Fairways Club were incredibly helpful and cheerful, making us feel at home. The location was perfect for a quiet holiday and the rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the mountains.

Everything was spot on.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming resort surrounded by peaceful golf fields. The location was perfect, with the ocean just a short walk away. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, allowing us to enjoy our own meals. While there were restaurants in the area, we took a short drive to Los Abrigos for delicious local cuisine. The resort was well-managed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and restaurant were excellent, with a wide selection of food and drinks. We also appreciated the convenience of having good public transport and taxis available. we highly recommend this resort for a perfect week in the sun!
