We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is stunning, boasting beautiful views from the sun terrace. The service was exceptional, as the staff went the extra mile to fulfill our luxurious needs. The exclusive amenities, such as the heated swimming pool and sun loungers, were a lovely touch and made for a relaxing stay.

The bathroom, which did not have a door. Although it was a minor issue, it made it less practical for two people sharing the room.

Spent New Year at a hotel with incredible views of mountains and sea on the island of Lanzarote. Had a great time with its hosts who made every effort for us to feel at home and comfortable. The hotel’s continental and cooked breakfast became the best I have ever had. The hotel is well-located, only 5 minutes away from the beach and 10 from the airport, and it has few rooms, ensuring a quiet environment.

Although I have to say that no negative features were found during our stay, but still, keep in mind that the hotel is run by a family. Thus, they may be quite busy, and service times may not be as fast as in a regular hotel.

The service provided by Marco and his family was exceptional - they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast served was delicious and varied, using fresh and local ingredients. the hotel had a pool and a lovely outside breakfast and lounging area, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
