The rooms at the resort are just amazing! Super spacious with a cozy seating area and a flat-screen TV for some chill time. The bar fridge stocked with drinks is a sweet touch. Perfect for a laid-back vacation with the fam.

I personally found the shower a bit small, but hey, that's just me!

Nice pool and clean rooms with comfortable balcony view. Wi-fi works well everywhere and staff is great. Food is shockingly good with great coffee and famous desserts. Perfect location to walk onto the beach. Great facilities, breakfast buffet and entertainment.

We were pleasantly surprised with the variety and quality of the food at the different restaurants. Despite some issues with reservations, we were able to try most of them and everything was delicious! we had a great time at Catalonia.

my recent stay in cancun was fantastic, but Catalonia made it even better. from the friendly staff to the spacious and cozy rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. the well-organized schedule and variety of amenities left me with plenty to do and enjoy. overall, Catalonia was the best hotel experience I've had and I can't wait to go back.

This hotel is an amazing value for money! The basic amenities are excellent, and the staff showed great attention to detail. I loved having a balcony with a view, and the breakfast options were delicious and varied. The location was perfect, close to the private beach with a beach club and the port.

The customer service here was truly top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always available to answer my questions and assist me with anything I needed. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and free toiletries. I particularly enjoyed the entertainment, with live shows and a night club providing hours of fun. The beauty treatment and leisure spa & wellness centre were also relaxing and enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with incredible amenities and great customer service.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The grounds were beautifully maintained and always clean. The access to the beach was convenient and the beach itself was pristine, with no seaweed or trash in sight. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The hotel facilities, particularly the gym and spa, were top-notch. The entertainment was enjoyable, especially the salsa band from Cuba. The food was delicious, especially at the restaurants and the items prepared by the cooks at the buffet. I also loved that I could enjoy a breathtaking view of the ocean while dining.

This hotel is truly luxurious and exclusive. I was blown away by the range of exclusive amenities provided, including a top, notch Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, beach access. the pool with a view was a standout. the garden area was beautiful and peaceful, and I loved the sun loungers , they were so comfortable. the staff's service was amazing, and everything was immaculately cleaned.

The only minor issue I experienced was during check, in. It took a bit longer than expected, and some staff members were not as welcoming as I would have liked.

We stayed at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico with a beautiful location very close to the port for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The rooms were always clean and had comfortable furniture plus a balcony overlooking the vast blue ocean. There was a variety of cuisines available and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The quality of the drinks and cocktails was quite poor, disappointing for an all-inclusive resort.

The free city tour and complimentary breakfast were nice touches, as well as the convenient location close to the main attractions. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool with a great view of the city.

Our stay was heavily marred by multiple issues. the room was dirty and had a foul odor, pest infestations, and a malfunctioning AC system.

We had a great Christmas experience at the resort. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They made us feel welcome and created a festive atmosphere. the beach was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed spending time there sunbathing and playing in the sand. The rooms at the resort were modern, quiet, and very spacious.
