The staff at this hotel were amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the location was perfect, situated right in the heart of the old town, we were able to explore all the historical sites and enjoy the local culture. the spa facilities were top-notch, a perfect way to relax after a long day of meetings.

The lack of on-site parking, which made it a bit of a challenge to find a parking spot nearby. while the hotel was beautifully decorated, some of the furnishings were a bit dated and could use a refresh.

The hotel is located in the charming 'old town' of Alcudia, and is just a short walk away from the bus stop to the airport. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and had a modern Scandinavian design, combining the charm of the old stone houses with a contemporary touch. The spa was also a great addition, with a jacuzzi and sauna. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always providing helpful tips and recommendations. Despite a few minor issues such as a broken air conditioning and sauna, we were given a free upgrade to a junior suite to make up for it. I highly recommend this hotel.
