I was charmed by the friendly staff who always greeted us with smiles. Our breakfast was a feast of delicious options, and we particularly enjoyed the vibrant local scene just outside the hotel. The comfortable, well-sized room and efficient air conditioning made returning after a day of exploring a pleasure. Experiencing the nearby beach just a short stroll away was a true highlight.

Stylish room, attentive staff, with a fantastic connection to the city's metro system just two blocks away, making exploring remarkably easy.

Poor ventilation in rooms, with consistent temperature issues need addressing!!! Uninspiring closet design and cleanliness in common areas are also quite concerning!!!

This hotel was amazing! An exceptional location with easy access to local eateries and just a stroll from the beach. The staff, especially Mora, were friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The continental breakfast had something for everyone. A delightful retreat in the heart of the city! Highly recommend!

Room assignments were a mess!!! We got cramped quarters with old furniture despite requests for a different view!!! Phone didn't work and there was persistent noise from the bar area!!! Please pay attention to cleaning details more often!!!

the furniture in the room could use some updating. but i loved the spaciousness of the room. the daily breakfast had a great variety. and the staff were super helpful when we needed assistance.

The shuttle service was a bit confusing. and the gym area was smaller than expected.

my stay was just awful. the room smelled like old furniture, and the closet design? a disaster. also, i had asked for a complimentary welcome gift or room upgrade, hoping they’d recognize my expectations, but alas, nothing. this place could use a cleaning program, too. such a shame. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Staying here was a delight! Got a lekker view of Sagrada Família from our room, and the staff were super chill and helpful. Brekkie was epic with loads of options, and I loved how clean and fresh everything felt.

this hotel was super cozy and staff were really nice, like they knew my name! check-in was easy peasy and the bar had a craft beer happy hour which was a fun surprise. i loved the breakfast, they had a ton of options for everyone, and everything felt clean and fresh. also, there are so many eateries around and a mall close by which is perfect for shopping. i would definitely stay here again!

the location is kinda far from the city center which makes it hard for tourists and the public transport is a bit of a walk away. also, my room didn’t have a shower cap which was kinda annoying.
