Luxurious resort with stunning views, excellent service, beautiful gardens, well-kept pools, and great food.

Exceptional service from the breakfast room and housekeeping. The staff, especially Mr. Bass and Mr. Rahman, made our stay special. The hotel room, pool areas, and beach were all enjoyable. The breakfast and dinner buffet were very good. The athletic center and nearby grocery store were great extras. I highly recommend this hotel.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and had a romantic setup, thanks to Diaa. The location of the hotel was amazing, with a beautiful building, pool, and beach. The staff treated me with excellent customer service and were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurants on the property.

Had a relaxing Easter at a beachfront hotel. the view from the room was amazing, and the staff was beyond friendly, helpful, and always smiling. the location of the hotel was key, with a great beach and amenities. Excellent service and cleanliness made for an enjoyable stay.

The mosquitos were a major downside during our stay. We were bitten everywhere and couldn't even open the balcony door.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the beach which had stunning views, especially at sunset. The rooms were spacious and well-designed with luxurious amenities such as large comfortable beds and twice-a-day cleaning service. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of delicious food, and the staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' requests. The hotel also had great facilities including a buffet restaurant, butler service, and concierge desk.

Some areas of the hotel showed signs of wear and tear, such as torn curtains and stained upholstery.

During my Easter break, I had the opportunity to stay at a 5, star hotel on Saadiyat Island. the location was perfect, as it was situated right in front of the beach, providing stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoyed the luxury experience that the hotel offered, with its attention to detail and top, notch amenities. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were taken care of throughout my stay.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were disappointing. the check, in process took longer than expected, causing some frustration.

st. regis exceeded my expectations during this city holiday! the staff was fabulous and always eager to assist. the upgraded suite on level 8 made my husband's birthday unforgettable. we will definitely be back in the colder months to enjoy the beach.

Breakfast area's ac was too cold.

The hotel is in a great location, centrally positioned between downtown and Yas Island, making it convenient to get around without a hire car. the staff were universally friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. the pools and beach were superb, with clean and well-maintained facilities.

The lack of evening entertainment was a disappointment, apart from a pianist playing during dinner. Additionally, the response from housekeeping was slow, with requests for extra coat hangers and missing face cloths taking multiple reminders before being fulfilled.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was excellent and within walking distance of top sights. The service was impeccable, including the room service and car hire. The staff welcomed me with smiles and provided super good service, making me feel right at home. The room amenities were top-notch, including in-room air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and free wi-fi. And the leisure spa and wellness centre had so many great offerings, including an indoor swimming pool and beachfront access. this place had everything I needed for the perfect stay.

This hotel is amazing! The location overlooking the beach is just breathtaking. You can watch the stunning sunset every evening and wake up to the sound of waves on the shore. Plus, it's within walking distance of many other great restaurants and the top sights in the area. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with stunning bathrooms.

Great service and restaurants, relaxing pool and beautiful beach. Spacious rooms with amazing buffet breakfast and friendly staff, perfect for families with kids. Lovely decor and professional valets. Highly recommended for visiting a nearby university.
