Great stay with friendly staff

We had a lovely night here. The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. The Christmas lights were gorgeous! The staff were super helpful, especially when we needed a taxi to the outlet. We did notice a bit of noise from events above us and the bathroom smelled like smoke, which was a bummer.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the airport. The location is very convenient for those who have early morning flights departing from Narita. The free shuttle bus was a great perk and made our travel experience much easier. The room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious and the bathroom was quite large compared to other Japanese hotels. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the deep soaker tub in the bathroom. The staff spoke English and were very helpful with our luggage. we had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel.

My stay at Nikko was fantastic! The free shuttle bus from the airport was so convenient and the room, though a bit small, was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering both Western and Japanese options. Plus, having a Lawson convenience store on site was a lifesaver. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay before or after your flight.

Close to the airport, making it convenient for catching an early morning flight. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable beds and a variety of restaurants and shops on-site. The complimentary shuttle bus service to the airport terminals was a major convenience. The breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying. The staff provided excellent service and the check out process was quick.

We had a great experience here and highly recommend it to family and friends. Besides the location and proximity to the airport shuttle, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The dining area was well-equipped and had something for everyone. Additionally, housekeeping and laundry services were available and the hotel took security seriously. this hotel was a good pick that met all of our needs and we would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises.

I stayed at this hotel for one night before heading to West Japan. The room was spacious and quiet with a lovely outlook, surprising given its proximity to the airport. The hotel had a good coffee shop with an inexpensive breakfast and a Lawson's convenience store on-site. The staff were very nice and helpful, and there were plenty of shuttle buses to and from the airport.

the building is old and really needs renovation. I could hear loud plumbing sounds and noise from the streets which made it hard to sleep.

The price of the room was surprisingly reasonable for such a lovely hotel. It was the perfect location for our romantic escape, just a stone's throw away from the airport. the free shuttle bus made it super convenient for us to catch our flight. But what really stood out was the beautiful interior design of the hotel. the ambience was just perfect for our romantic getaway.

As party people, we loved the top-floor bar with its stunning views and lively atmosphere. The spacious rooms were perfect for our group of seven, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's convenient facilities, including the currency exchange machine, coffee shop, and convenience store, made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff spoke excellent English and were always polite and helpful. The frequent buses to the airport took away any worries about missing our flight.
