The service at the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel special. They addressed me by name and were incredibly attentive. Additionally, the spa and breakfast were top-notch, providing a relaxing atmosphere and delicious food. I also appreciated the staff member Raul who helped me with restaurant reservations and provided excellent customer service.

They made it easy to make requests through the room iPad, with quick delivery of any items needed. The beds were amazing, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep. The hot tub, although the jets turned off after two minutes, was still enjoyable. The food at the hotel was pretty good and the spa had great service. a wonderful stay with beautiful memories.
