My recent stay at Futurotel Malagueta Beach was a unique and clean experience. The staff were friendly and the capsule, although small, provided a comfortable sleep. I appreciated being able to customize the temperature to my liking. The location was also fantastic, being just a few minutes away from the beautiful Malagueta beach.

Had a great Christmas experience at this hotel! Loved the concept and the staff were super friendly. The complementary Netflix, HBO, and Disney+ were a great surprise and I spent many hours watching my favorite shows. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to many restaurants and cafes. The touch screen technology was easy to use and added a modern feel to the hotel. I also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the cozy atmosphere in the capsule.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The soundproofing in the capsules needs to be better as I was often woken up by noisy neighbors.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being near to the beach and right in the center of the city. It was just a short walk away from the nicest part of the city and a few steps from the Toro arena. Plus, there were supermarkets nearby, which was really convenient.

There were some language barriers with the staff, which made communication difficult at times.

As a tourist, I loved the clean facilities and the constant cleaning by the staff. The provision of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion with aloe was a nice touch. The laundry service for €10 was convenient. The presence of a pool and foosball added to the fun factor. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. The helpful kitchen with a free shared refrigerator was great. The vending machines had a good selection of snacks and cappuccinos. The location was amazing, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and about a 15-minute walk from the city center.
