imagine my shock when they took money from my account without explanation! it's as if they think no one notices these careless mistakes. as someone who invests so much in their stay, i expected some sort of special treatment or compensation for these disruptions, but nope. just mediocre service.

Stunning view from the room and friendly bar staff!

Waking up to breathtaking sea views was unforgettable! The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and excellent cleanliness. Breakfast was delicious—definitely try the eggs benedict!

However, we faced a slow check-in process and occasional lapses in service speed, especially in the restaurant. The spa area felt a bit cramped for such a large hotel, which was a letdown.

The concierge service could definitely use a makeover, as their inefficiency was problematic during our stay!!! It's annoying to deal with fluctuating currency exchange policies at check-in!!!

This place suits me perfectly, providing 24-hour reception, a fantastic gym, and an infinity pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me choose a better taxi, and they’re always friendly and attentive. I’ll return for a weekend!

The check-in process is painfully slow!!! There's a lack of communication regarding lounge chair policies, leading to frustrating situations. Additionally, the bar service was disappointing, with long waits that shouldn't happen in such a high-end establishment!!!

The beach views from our trendy room were just wow. Spent tons of time at the pool—super vibrant vibes. Breakfast a la carte was fab, especially the eggs benedict. Just wish the bar staff weren’t so forgetful. drinks took ages. Still, definitely a cool place to stay!
