During our recent stay at a lodge in Snowmass Village, we had a mixed experience. One of the highlights was the helpful staff who were always available to answer our questions and assist with any requests. The Continental Breakfast exceeded our expectations, with plenty of options to choose from. We were pleased to find that our room was clean and comfortable, with soft bedding and comfortable beds. A small detail that we loved were the hooks on the walls, which were perfect for hanging miscellaneous items.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. the lack of air conditioning in the room was a challenge, especially on hot summer days.

The location of the hotel was amazing - just a short walk to the slopes and the mall. It was very convenient to have a gondola ride from the mall to the village below. the grooming of the slopes was impressive, and we had great snow conditions during our stay.

One downside was the equipment rental affiliate that overcharged us. It would have been better to use other rental options for better prices and honest service.

Great Location: the hotel was centrally located, allowing us to easily walk to trails, restaurants, and access the shuttle to Aspen. It was a huge plus that we didn't have to use our car during our stay. Comfortable Rooms: Our room overlooked the pool and hot tub, and we loved having a relaxing soak after a long hike. the beds were comfortable and the room was well furnished. Friendly Staff: the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond to mail back some items I accidentally left behind. the staff made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

Noisy Environment: the walls were thin, so we could hear our neighbors quite clearly. Bringing a noise maker helped drown out the noise.

We stayed at this hotel for a week-long ski trip and had a fantastic time. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and the ski slopes. The staff was incredibly helpful and gave us great advice on getting around and things to do. We loved using the public bus system to explore the area. Plus, the pricing for parking permits was reasonable. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location was convenient to everything, including the airport, the slopes, and the upper village. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. However, the breakfast options were limited and the bathroom was small.

The amenities were lacking.

I recently stayed at the Pokolodi Lodge for a ski trip in Snowmass Village. The location was perfect - ski in/ski out access, walking distance to the mall and free city buses to Aspen. The lodge also provided free transportation to and from the Aspen Airport, which was very convenient. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities like a coffee machine, refrigerator, and ski rack. The breakfast included a variety of options like bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and waffles. Additionally, we received a discount on ski gear and had our lift tickets delivered to the hotel. the Pokolodi Lodge offered great value for the price.

The location of the lodge is excellent, with RFTA buses just outside the property and Snowmass mall right nearby, offering highly rated restaurants and gift shops. The parking area is well maintained and convenient. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, providing us with great ski run and restaurant recommendations.

Nothing it was perfect.

I had a great stay at this lodge. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the location was perfect for me. Even though I was unable to climb stairs, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a fantastic area with great access to festivals and hiking trails. The staff were helpful and friendly, making sure that our stay was comfortable. Our room had a great view and was well-equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast provided included options for those on a Keto diet which was a nice touch!

I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel and I will definitely be back! The location was perfect, with multiple equipment rental shops, restaurants, and shopping options just steps away. I loved being able to walk 100 yards to Fanny Hill. The free bus service was also a great convenience. The hot tub and pool were both fantastic, and I appreciated the convenience of the laundry and breakfast options. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the adjoining rooms were a huge plus.

The recently renovated Pokolodi Lodge offers spacious and well-furnished bedrooms with all the necessary amenities. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes away from the mountain and right across from Snowmass Mall, where you can find shops, restaurants, and convenient access to shuttle buses. Despite the minor inconvenience of no interior elevator, the savings you get from staying here make it well worth it. a great value for a superior location. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing thorough instructions and fantastic local recommendations. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to the mall for shopping and food, as well as convenient parking right across the street.

Clean, comfortable room with necessary amenities. Location is great and staff is friendly. Public bus system is excellent for getting around. Fluffy towels and good drinking tap water. Close proximity to skiing.
