As a travel adviser, I highly recommend staying at this city break hotel. The staff on reception were incredibly pleasant and helpful, ensuring that we had a great experience. The deluxe room we were given was lovely, and we specifically requested a quiet room, which overlooked the pool. Checking in early was no problem at all. Even though the weather wasn't warm enough for a swim, the pool and terrace looked inviting. The bathroom was fantastic, with lots of nice touches including bathrobes, lovely toiletries, and even bath salts. On top of all that, it was my birthday during our stay and I was pleasantly surprised with a lovely bottle of red wine. Families will appreciate the welcoming and professional staff, as well as the outstanding breakfast. The spacious and clean junior suite rooms are also a plus. The hotel's location is great, with the metro just a short walk away. It's also within walking distance of many attractions, making it convenient for exploring. the experience at this hotel was exceptional.

The duplex suite was amazing with a power shower, comfy bed, lots of space, good air con, and excellent value for money. The location was great with nearby restaurants and cafes. The pool and gym were also good.

During our recent stay at Derby, we had a small issue with our room request. However, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation promptly and efficiently. They listened to our concerns and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our new room. The level of service and personalized attention we received was truly impressive.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the limited options for in-room coffee/tea making and English channels, they did not significantly impact our overall experience. The positive aspects of our stay definitely outweighed these minor inconveniences.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a good selection of food. Additionally, I enjoyed the pool and gym facilities available.

We loved the well-presented and spacious family room, as well as the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They even went above and beyond by arranging birthday decorations and a cake for my daughter's celebration. The hotel's proximity to shops and amenities in the Les Cortes neighborhood was also a plus.

Our romantic escape was fantastic! Complimentary champagne and chocolates upon arrival set the mood for our stay. The key location to explore the city while being in a peaceful spot was a plus. We easily accessed public transportation and enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and nice decoration. We particularly enjoyed the gym and the small but lovely pool area.
