I couldn't believe the value for the money! The room was comfortable and the location was perfect - we could walk to everything in less than 10 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast could use some improvement - maybe more variety or fresher options would be great.

This hotel is located in the heart of Palm Springs, making it convenient to explore all the local shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a comfortable king bed and sofa. I especially loved the giant jacuzzi in the room, perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast, served poolside with gorgeous views, had a great variety of options including delicious omelets.

The bathroom was a bit cramped and could use some cleaning.

I recently stayed at Best Western for a birthday weekend with my brother. The hotel was beautiful with lovely flowers and a great breakfast setup. The pool being open late was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the poolside bar and Sunday happy hour. Stephanie, our server, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk staff also provided excellent dinner recommendations. The room itself was amazing, with extremely comfortable beds. The location couldn't have been better, as all the nearby bars, clubs, and restaurants were within a short walk. The AC worked perfectly, and we slept well.

I keep returning for a reason. Friendly staff helped me exchange money on my first visit. This spot has Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, restaurant, fitness center, outdoor pool. Everything I need. Can't wait to be back for Easter!

The air conditioning system in the rooms can be a bit noisy, especially the window unit that switches on and off throughout the night. the sink area and toilet in the rooms are smaller compared to the rest of the room, which can be a bit inconvenient.

The loud music from across the street on a Friday and Saturday night was a minor inconvenience, affecting the tranquility of my stay. the small breakfast room and the high, non-adjustable shower head were slight drawbacks to an otherwise pleasant experience.

As women traveling alone, we loved the great downtown location, pool facilities, and accommodating staff. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, and the jacuzzi suites were worth the extra cost.
