Great location, delicious breakfast with variety, clean rooms and resort, friendly staff, organized services.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for our 5th wedding anniversary and it was superb! The staff were truly friendly and the animation team, Richard, Stefy, and Renata, were exceptional. The facilities were great, especially the heated pools, and the food in the restaurant and bars was delicious. Our room was excellent, with a private roof terrace overlooking the pool and golf course. Such a clean and modern resort with great daily activities and friendly staff. We will definitely be going back!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The apartment was spacious, with comfortable beds and two lovely balconies. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great holiday. The food in the restaurant was fresh and well-cooked with a wide selection to choose from. The entire complex was relaxing and made for a perfect vacation spot. Special shoutout to the animation team for making my daughter's birthday extra special. The warm and safe kids pool was a big hit. the Gran Oasis Resort offered great value for money with its excellent facilities and friendly staff.

The hotel is located on a steep hill with hundreds of steps to negotiate with suitcases, making it quite inconvenient for guests. Additionally, it is quite far from other parts of the area, such as the safari centre and the arcade. Unless you use taxis, it is difficult to explore other locations.

The pool area can be dangerous as the floor tiles become extremely slippery, causing several guests to fall and injure themselves.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Duplex flat with two balconies and a large bathroom. Great facilities and above expectations. Nice buffet breakfast and themed dinners. Quiet location with the sound of birds. Convenient with two bathrooms. Pool areas not crowded. Quick and efficient cleaning service.

The hotel grounds and pools were well-maintained and clean. the rooms had balconies with pool views, which added to the overall experience. - the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the beach, nearby attractions, and a bus service.

The entertainment options for children were limited, with no kids clubs and a small play area. The evening kids disco and some of the entertainment locations were unsafe, resulting in accidents.

The staff are friendly and professional. The animation team is exceptional. The facilities, especially the heated pools, are great. The food in the restaurant and bars is good. The resort is stunning and the flats are clean, modern, and tidy.

We had a fantastic stay at a resort in Playa de las Americas! Gran Oasis Resort exceeded our expectations. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were great. the pool was amazing, perfect for a morning or evening swim. the breakfast was delicious, especially the churros and chocolate. the resort's gardens and landscaping were well-maintained, creating a lovely atmosphere. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool bar during the day. In the evenings, we ventured down the hill to Los Cristianos for dining and relaxing on the beach. it was a wonderful week-long holiday in the winter sun, ideal for both young couples and families with kids.

Our stay at the Gran Oasis Resort was absolutely delightful. The value for money was excellent, and the room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony and terrace. The location was peaceful, away from the busy areas, and we received exceptional treatment from the staff, especially Pepe at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The only improvement that could be made for breakfast is the menu for breakfast could have been warmer.

I also appreciated the shuttle bus service and the ample pool space for families. a magnificent experience.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Tenerife and had an amazing experience. The pool area was simply fantastic, and we loved swimming early in the morning or in the evening when it was less crowded. It's worth mentioning that while the hotel is a bit far from the beach, there is a convenient bus service that takes you there and also to various attractions in the area. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests, including arranging taxis and providing free fruits for our kids at the pool. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were impressed with the quick response from the staff when we had an issue with the lock on our terrace door. this hotel provided excellent service, top-notch facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay truly enjoyable. Recently stayed at the Gran Oasis and loved it. Friendly staff, great accommodation. Room was large, good air con and lovely rainfall shower. Pools for children and a main pool at a nice temperature. Quick access to taxis for nearby shopping and restaurants, as well as a beautiful sandy beach. Spacious suite with a balcony. Enjoyable activities and helpful staff. Good value drinks and nice breakfast with variety.
