Our superior suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, with high ceilings and a luxurious XXXXXXL King bed. The bathroom was a highlight, equipped with a jacuzzi bathtub and a refreshing shower. The helpful and kind staff made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, although we missed having chocolate pastries. The hotel's spa facilities, including the indoor pool, massage area, and sauna. The location of the hotel was also perfect, just a short distance from the novy mesto square. we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The spa facilities were superb, with a jacuzzi and pool that were a real treat after a long day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel was also perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

the pillows were quite small and not very comfortable, which affected our quality of sleep. the temperature of the jacuzzi in the spa was not warm enough, which was a bit of a letdown.

Great location near main square and restaurants, with a variety of shops in the area. The hotel itself is a historical building with modern amenities. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a great jacuzzi tub and incredibly soft bath towels. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Access to the spa and pool was included, and there was a shopping mall nearby.

No coffee machine in the room, which would have been nice to have. The pillows could have been more substantial, and it would have been helpful to have a choice of pillows.

The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, including a fantastic breakfast, excellent dinner options, a spa and gym, and a beautiful roof terrace. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 5-star hotel and were blown away by the exclusive amenities that were available. The spa and wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and health club were simply amazing. The massage we received was top-notch and we felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated after it.

The only minor issue we encountered was the continental breakfast. While there was a variety of options available, we felt that the buffet breakfast could have been better.
