We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for exploring Old Madrid, as it was very close to the metro station and within walking distance to many sights. The staff were brilliant, providing excellent service from the moment we checked in. They even recognized me by my name after I mentioned my father who used to travel a lot before retirement. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a luxurious stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

We loved the location of this hotel - it is located in a nice neighborhood in a quiet street, right next to a metro station. It was so convenient to have easy access to the rest of the city using the well-connected metro system.

The hotel is in a peaceful location, yet accessible to all the tourist destinations. The metro station nearby provides easy access to the entire city. The staff is friendly, and the cleaning service is excellent. The hotel provides necessary amenities like baby beds and wifi. The breakfast is reasonably good, and the shower has great water pressure.

Some maintenance issues, as the hotel has an old structure with central heating control problems, making the room too hot.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, being close to the metro but not too close to the very center of the city. It was conveniently located near the Alonso Martinez Metro station, which is just three stops away from Real Madrid's football stadium. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with recently renovated bathrooms. The breakfast was actually good, unlike some other hotels I've stayed at in this city. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even allowing me to check in earlier than expected.
