I had a fantastic experience during my recent stay at Iberostar Selection. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the showers were perfect. The temperature of the pool water was just right, and the rooftop pool offered breathtaking views. The staff at the hotel were all excellent, providing exceptional service.

I did encounter a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The evening entertainment could have been better, and the food in the hot plate area was not always hot.

The breakfast was lovely, with attentive staff and a great selection of food. The rooftop pool and facilities were amazing, with exclusive access for Star Prestige guests. The room had a beautiful view of the sea, city, and mountains. The hotel arranged a special dinner for us when our champagne didn't arrive on time. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any needs. The all-inclusive package offered high-quality food and a wide selection of wines.

Felt privileged, no reason to complain.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the airport and it was easy to get to all the activities we wanted to do. The beach was also just a short walk away. The room we stayed in was well-equipped and comfortable, with a lovely view. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, especially during breakfast, where we were greeted by friendly staff who made our mornings enjoyable. The breakfast spread had a great variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy.

We did encounter one negative aspect during our stay. The walls in the rooms were not soundproof, which meant we could hear people coming and going from their rooms, as well as late-night conversations in the corridor.

The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the pool area was very pleasant with plenty of sunbeds available. The breakfast at the buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food options. The staff was friendly and always eager to help.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, although I did have a small issue with the shower door not closing properly, but it was fixed immediately. The breakfast provided was excellent, and I couldn't fault any of the staff, especially Freddy, Hugo, and Mimon in the restaurant, who worked tirelessly to provide great service. I also loved the feature of having ice dispensers and fresh water dispensers on each floor. The hotel's location was very good, with the beach, bars, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The range of activities available for guests of all ages, both on and off-site, was greatly appreciated.

The hotel had an enormous patio with sun loungers, Bali bed, table and chairs. Star Prestige rooms had a private area on the roof with pool, loungers, tables and chairs with free bar and snacks. Plenty of computers available for internet access, with free Wi-Fi. Very close to Torviscas beach with plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of choices. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The hotel staff were fantastic and helpful.

This hotel is a luxurious haven for adults looking to unwind. the exclusive amenities, including the spa and wellness centre and outdoor heated swimming pool, fulfilled all my leisure needs. the rooftop pool and sun terrace offer stunning views and comfortable sun loungers. the buffet breakfast was delicious and varied, with the option of a snack bar for lighter fare. the location is perfect, conveniently located close to restaurants and beaches.

Though the hotel staff were generally excellent, there was a slight issue with the attention to detail in the restaurant during peak times. the 5 managers loitering near the entrance should step in to assist catering staff during busy periods to improve the service.

The hotel offered complimentary hot chocolate and mulled wine, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining options. We enjoyed the heated pool and the comfortable lounge chairs.

The Wi-Fi was not very strong and we experienced difficulties connecting to it at times. the pillows were a bit soft and not very supportive.
