I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. The location was super convenient, as it was near public transport links and just a manageable and pleasant walk to the city center and historic old part of the city. The staff were friendly and very helpful with any requests I had.

Nothing, everything was great.

The location of the hotel is fantastic for my needs as a business traveler. It is right next door to the tram line which takes me to the university, making my daily commute incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel is close to the Centre of Zaragoza, allowing me to explore the city in my free time. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of work. The bathroom facilities were also well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities.

After taking one look at the limited choices available, I decided to go to the bakery nearby for a much more satisfying breakfast experience.

The beds in our room were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. Despite the slight noise from the neighboring room's TV, it was not overly bothersome. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated in a bustling area. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly service and comfortable accommodations.

Stayed at a lovely hotel on my solo cycle from Bilbao to Barcelona. the staff at Gran Via were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate me. They even found a spare room to store my bike overnight. They provided great suggestions for my route and gave me advice on what to see and where to eat in the area. the location was perfect, close to the city center and with easy access to public transportation. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the room was comfortable.
