We recently stayed at Grupotel in Es Canutells for a week-long vacation. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful information about local transportation and even assisting us with ordering pizzas for delivery. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped with amenities like a kettle and a kitchenette. The pool area was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was regularly restocked. it was a lovely place for a quiet and relaxing stay.

The facilities are great with two large pools suitable for all ages. The location is awesome, just 5 minutes from a stunning free beach. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped. The resort layout is open and fun with plenty of activities available. The TUI representative is helpful and offers many day trip options.

The hotel had a good location with easy access to the beach and other facilities nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the Christmas decorations were nice.

The food at the restaurant was subpar and there were an overwhelming amount of flies present. The room was not up to par, with moldy smells and uncomfortable beds.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I loved the fact that they had a kitchenette. The buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a great selection of delicious food at a really nice price. The staff were very helpful and polite, even going the extra mile to source an EU adapter for me and book a taxi to the airport. The location was easily accessible from the airport and just a short walk from a lovely beach. The hotel also had a quiet and relaxing swimming pool area, making it perfect for families.
