The location was excellent and safe, with easy access to the main road. The apartment itself was well-equipped and had everything I needed, including a terrace that overlooked Gran Via. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and ensure our stay was comfortable. It was also family-friendly, which was a bonus. I couldn't fault anything about my stay.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the AC kept the room cool throughout the day. The kitchen had everything I needed for a short stay. The large windows offered a stunning view of Gran Via. The staff was extremely friendly and available 24/7 for any assistance. I also appreciated the option to store my luggage after checkout.

One specific situation that happened during my stay was a temporary water supply issue. However, the hotel promptly informed me that it was due to a city-wide problem and did their best to resolve it quickly.
