Rooftop terrace is a highlight. Table availability for solo travelers can be a challenge. Great location in Barrio de Salamanca. Room had to be changed due to size. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options. Helpful and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect - close to all the major attractions yet situated in a quieter area which I love. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was immaculately clean. Best of all was the rooftop pool and bar, with stunning views and a great spot to relax after a busy day of exploring.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting - it's the perfect choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at this modern and super clean hotel for a few nights. The rooftop restaurant and swimming pool were absolutely amazing. The food at the hotel was great and the breakfast had a huge selection of delicious options. The room was cozy and comfortable, with soundproof walls that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. strict procedures for pool reservations

I stayed at H10 Puerta De Alcala for a week on a leisure trip. The room was surprisingly quiet, despite facing the street. The air conditioning was excellent and almost silent. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I loved the fact that each person had three pillows. The hairdryer provided in the room was of top-notch quality. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop area, perfect for relaxing in the evening and offering an amazing view of the city. The staff at reception and the downstairs bar were friendly and helpful. Transportation to the hotel from the airport was convenient, and the hotel is located in the beautiful Salamanca neighborhood, perfect for shopping and taking a stroll in the nearby park. The rooftop pool and bar were a true gem, providing a refreshing breeze and a breathtaking view of the city.

During my Christmas stay, some nice complementary things were offered, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was convenient and close to major attractions. Plus, the room had a nice view of the city.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a stone's throw from great restaurants and bars. We had a spacious and clean room with every amenity we needed, and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop bar was a highlight, stunning views and a great atmosphere. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

What a gem of a neighbourhood to discover on our visit. Although not in the city centre itself, we were able to experience some of the best Madrid has to offer just walking distance from our quiet, yet still central location. The nearby park was stunning and worth a visit, a perfect little escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was pristine and always kept in impeccable condition, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home. It was fantastic to wake up and have a delicious breakfast with a stunning view of the city right at our feet.

The pool wasn't available for us to use, which was a little disappointing.
