We got amazing value for our money at this hotel! The room was perfect, comfy and quiet, and we received exceptional service from the staff. The location was great too, easy to get to and convenient for our needs.

My recent stay at Drury Inn was absolutely amazing! The location was convenient, right off the interstate, and perfect for attending a concert at The Shed in Maryville. The hotel room was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, especially considering they allow pets but there was no pet smell at all. Plus, having Famous Daves restaurant right next to the hotel was a bonus for a convenient dinner option. I highly recommend this hotel and have already booked multiple future stays.

The hotel had multiple EV chargers, making it a perfect choice for those traveling with electric vehicles. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable, with the cleanest hotel bathroom I have ever seen. The breakfast provided was wonderful, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's convenient location close to many restaurants and stores made dining and shopping easy for guests.

We had a really memorable stay at this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome every time we walked through the door. Our room was exceptionally clean, and we appreciated the room amenities, like the air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The restaurant buffet was delicious, and we loved that there was free Wi-Fi. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay.

The furniture in the room needed a good cleaning and some pillows needed replacing.

Amazing staff, exceptional service, and a great location! This hotel was the perfect place to spend our Easter weekend. the rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated having ample parking available for our vehicle. the customized breakfast was offered with pretty good options to choose from.

Leaving the hotel, as the first turn out into the traffic can be a bit tricky. our stay was simply wonderful and we would definitely plan a return visit.

The room at Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville West was like a cozy home away from home. The separate bedroom and living area with a pull-out sofa made it perfect for a relaxing stay after a long day at the beach. The free WiFi and spacious work area were a big plus for catching up on emails.

I found the air conditioning a bit too chilly for my liking, but I know some folks love it that way.
